R & S Paso Fino has been involved with the Paso Fino breed for over 25 years. Nestled in the Appalachian trail country, R & S takes great pride in offering the following services

     d. Training amateur owners so they compete and 
         win in the show ring

     f. Training all levels of equitation

3. Sales
    a. We breed our own horses for sale. (Please view our sales 
        list web page for a list of horses we currently have for sale.)
    b. We work to find the best horse to meet our clients needs 
        whether it be the Champion Fino Stallion or the 
        beginners trail horse
4. Breeding
    a. We have two of our own stallions standing at our farm 
        – Glatiador and Monte (Please view our stallion web page 
        for more details)
    b. We board other clients stallions and handling the breedings
5. Clinics
    a. Rick Shaffer conducts clinics through out the United States
    b. Rick demonstrates the Paso Fino Breed. He is very 
        knowledgeable on the different Paso Fino bloodlines
    c. Rick is very active in 4-H programs. Demonstrations for 
        4-H and Equine Clubs are no charge. 
        We want to share our experience and knowledge.
6. Judging
    a. Rick Shaffer is a certified Paso Fino Horse Association judge
